Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how IDMADDA (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the IDMADDA mobile application and related website services at idmadda.com.

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who we are

IDMADDA is an international digital marketing platform that lets members watch ads, build a referral team, manage wallets, and use in-app support. For privacy questions, contact us at idmadda@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:

  • Account data: username, mobile number, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and sponsor / referral ID.
  • Profile data: full name, profile photo, country, state, city, pincode, and address.
  • Payment identifiers you provide: UPI ID and QR code image for P2P transfers.
  • Verification documents (when you submit them): KYC details and images (such as Aadhaar, PAN, passport, selfie) and bank account details with passbook image.
  • Transaction and activity data: wallet balances and transfers, ad views, purchases, P2P listings/trades, UTR numbers, and payment proof images.
  • Communications: in-app support chat messages and P2P trade chat messages.
  • Technical data: authentication tokens and basic server logs needed to operate the service (for example IP address when processed by hosting infrastructure).

We do not require access to your device contacts, SMS, or precise GPS location.

3. Permissions

The Android app may request:

  • Internet — to connect to our servers.
  • Camera — to capture photos (for example profile, KYC, or payment proofs).
  • Photos / media — to select images or videos from your device for uploads.

4. How we use information

  • Create and manage your account, login sessions, and password resets.
  • Provide core features: ads, referrals, wallets, products, P2P marketplace, and notifications.
  • Verify identity or bank details when you submit KYC or bank information.
  • Respond to support requests and improve service reliability and security.
  • Comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third-party services and advertising

The current IDMADDA Android app does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs (such as AdMob), Firebase Analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs. We use our own backend (hosting, database, and email/SMTP) to operate accounts and send transactional emails (for example OTP codes).

If we add new SDKs or processors in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and Play Console declarations accordingly.

6. Sharing of information

We may share information only when needed to:

  • Operate infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery).
  • Comply with law, regulation, or valid legal process.
  • Protect the rights, safety, and integrity of IDMADDA, our users, or the public.

Other users may see limited profile information required for features you use (for example referral relationships or P2P trade details you initiate).

7. Data retention

We retain account and activity data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or financial record-keeping obligations. Uploaded media and verification files are kept for as long as required for those purposes.

8. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your IDMADDA account through our Account Deletion page: https://idmadda.com/delete-account. After you submit a request, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days.

Certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example completed financial transactions), after personal identifiers are removed or restricted where appropriate.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including hashed passwords and authenticated API access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please keep your login credentials confidential.

10. Children’s privacy

IDMADDA is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact idmadda@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.

11. Your choices

  • Update profile details in the app where available.
  • Contact us to ask questions about your data at idmadda@gmail.com.
  • Request account deletion via /delete-account.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised policy.
